    CHARACTERISTICS OF THE PRODUCT: This product has a shiny, milky-white colour, and a soft and gelatinous texture. Fresh, sweet and milky flavour.

    PACKAGING: Pots (80 g–140 g) and bulk in packs of 1 to 3 kg.

    STORAGE: In the fridge. It keeps for approximately eight days.

    Cloth curd cheese

    Principally made with pasteurised sheep’s, goat’s or cows’ milk from farms in the Empordà and curdled using plant or animal curd and with a soft, drained curd. It is eaten as a dessert with sugar or honey.

    PERIOD OF MANUFACTURE
    All year

    CHARACTERISTICS OF THE PRODUCT:
    This product has a shiny, milky-white colour, and a soft and creamy texture. It does not have a defined rind but on the outside it displays the marks of the recipient in which it was drained. Fresh, sweet milky flavour.

    PACKAGING:
    In cheesecloth.

    STORAGE:
    It keeps for approximately five days in the fridge.
