The museum has adapted audioguides with magnetic induction systems and sign-guides in Catalan and Spanish that can be requested in reception. The audio guide does not have audiodescription.
The museum also has audio guides in 5 different languages and with specific content for children and for people with cognitive and intellectual disabilities.
The museum has educational material that reproduces the archaeological tools. Normally used for educational workshops with schools.

Access to the museum for people with reduced mobility is difficult. Once at the entrance to the museum, there are automatic entrance doors. Adapted WC and lift for visiting the different floors of the museum.
The museum has a publication in Braille with information about the museum in Catalan and Spanish and the museum’s presentation video has Catalan subtitles and sign language and subtitles in Spanish, French, English and German.
