  From Torroella, follow the Montgrí Massif going through Ullà which will take you to Bellcaire d’Empordà, another village presided over by a castle. Carry on to Albons, on the border of the region. From here you can either connect to the Alt Empordà region or continue discovering the Baix Empordà.
