Rice produced in the Empordà which is sold under the “Arròs de Pals” name. It is of excellent quality and is presented packaged. It is ideal for all sorts of dishes, especially for making arròs a la cassola, the typical dish from the Empordà, as the rice does not break down and retains some bite.

Late April and early May.

Bahia, tebre, sènia, carnaroli, bomba, nembo, loto, thaibonnet and montsianell.

Normal plastic bag and vacuum pack of 1 and 5 kg.

Protect from sun light, store in a cool dry place.
