All items in the bathroom are accessible and there are grab bars. They have two shower chairs with armrests. Moreover, there are Braille labels which identify the rooms and amenities (ice, shampoo) Braille panels at reception and on every floor and there are also podotactile bands on each step of the stairs.
The entrance doors to the hotel are automatic and there is a magnetic induction loop at reception. There is also a lift to access the different floors. The hotel also has a video with subtitles and sign language in Catalan and takes into account intolerance and allergies.
