  Follow all of Palamós’s coastline on the coastal path. You will pass coves with clean transparent water, unspoilt beaches and little fishing villages. The route crosses the plain until you reach Mont-ras and head into the heart of the Gavarres passing Fitor and the castle of Vila-romà.
