The Prawn menu


From the most hidden depths of the Mediterranean, concealed from the fishermen, our prawns display their red, vivacious bodies in the auctions and markets.

Eagerly looked forward to for months by their suitors — fishermen, restaurant owners and gourmets— they are offered by the establishments belonging to El Pati Blau Association of Restaurants of the Bay where, surrounded by sea, they boldly show us their youthful freshness, so that we take away a delicious memory of them.

From the beginning of May until mid-July, the members of the Plat Blau Association of Restaurants of the Bay serve their Olla de Peix Menu.

The menu consists of two options: a daytime menu when you can enjoy toast with tomato and anchovies from Palamós, fresh medium-sized prawns from Palamós, noodles cooked in fish broth with garlic mayonnaise, desserts, Sumarroca wine, Estrella Damm Inedit beer and coffee. For the lighter evening option, they offer toast and anchovies from Palamós, fresh baby prawns from Palamós, desserts, a glass of Sumarroca cava or a glass of Estrella Damm Inedit beer.
You will find these menus at restaurants belonging to the El Plat Blau Association of Restaurants of the Bay (Calonge- Sant Antoni, Palamós and Vall-llobrega), all at the same price.
